Without any warning, X1 has switched off its user community.

I assume that was done after their recent price increase.

X1 search is great for people who want a simple way to find and work with all kinds of information. It provides fast access to email and documents. 

But X1 Search lacks an official forum for people who want to share tips and tricks. The new X1 Search Forum is here:

EBS - Evergreen Business System Website dead

A couple of people contacted me and told me that the admin araea for EBS - Evergreen Business System seems to be down. The same is true for Evergreen Business System Webinar rooms that are hosted on EvergreenBusinessSystem.com.

Webinar rooms that are hosted on your own servers work fine. But as EvergreenBusinessSystem.com is not available currently, you don't have access to your statistics.

The EvergreenBusinessSystem was offered as lifetime product. As the outage is going on for quite some time now, we have to assume that genesisdigital has just pulled the plug without telling anybody.

I hope I am wrong. Anyways, I'll share my findings as soon as I know more.

Since a couple of weeks the Evergreen Business System Website seems to be defunct.

EBS had been sold as being lifetime. So this is very surprising.
I can't imagine that a company like https://www.genesisdigital.co just switches off their webinar solution without giving their customers any upfront warning.

As users on warriorforum have reported evergreen-business-system dead, we will try to get a statement from Hector Yague. As Hector is an honorable business guy I doubt that he has just switched off thousands of loyal customers. EBS was sold under the premise of being lifetime. That's why I am pretty shure that the GenesisDigital will support their EBS customers perfectly. But as EverWebinar was introduced as the successor to EvergreenBusinessSystem it is unlikely that GenesisDigital will put lots of efforts to provide updates to EBS although they promised lifetime updates and support in the Evergreen Business System sales copy.
